Rhys Bowen Workshop on Writing Historical Details

October 13, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Rhys Bowen

This limited seating workshop will be offered for $20 for Sisters in Crime members and $30 for nonmembers.  A rare chance to learn from this award-winning author and also a fundraiser for our first ever anthology.

This workshop will be a special visit from the bestselling author, so you can learn Rhys Bowen’s insights into writing the historical mystery or any story where research, historical details, and the past come into play.  Learn how to integrate historical details without bogging down the story and characters.

Rhys Bowen is brought to San Diego through a grant from Sisters in Crime and the local chapter, Partners in Crime. Part of the money raised will go to printing of the local chapter’s first anthology.  Special discounted price thanks to the grant!  Rare opportunity to have a workshop with this award-winning author and seating will be limited.
